Return & Exchange Policy

Mask and Lanyard Sales: All sales are final.
Drinkware: All sales are final.
Sale Items: All sales are final.
Clothing: 

  • If a BuffaLove item does not fit your criterion, you can return it for a replacement or refund of the whole amount within 30 days.
  • All tags must be kept on.
  • Any damage done to a product deems the item uncredible for return.
  • Item condition must be the same as the time of purchase, BuffaLove Apparel has the right to refuse any item for return due to smell, damage or wear.
  • Refunds are based on a case-by-case basis.
Online Purchases:
  • Mask sales are final.
  • Items purchased online are eligible for store credit if a customer is unsatisfied with an item or it is not in stock.
  • Credit/debit refunds are on a case by case basis.
Returns via mail:
  • Pack the item(s) and include all the tags applicable.
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice, order number) along with your name, address, email, phone number and a brief reason for returning the item.
  • Please note, the return label is not prepaid. Please be sure to use a reliable carrier to send your package so that you can track it and claim damage insurance. BuffaLove is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Retail outside of our Camp Road location:

If you purchase a BuffaLove apparel item outside of our retail store, these items
cannot be refunded. These stores include but are not limited to: Colonial Liquor,
Wegmans, Tops Friendly Markets, Dicks Sporting Goods, Amazon, Buffalo Niagara
Airport, etc.

Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are available for online and in store purchases for up to 30 days after purchase date.
  • All tags must be kept on.
  • Any damage done to a product deems the item uncredible for exchange.
  • Item condition must be the same as the time of purchase, BuffaLove Apparel has the right to refuse any item for return due to smell, damage or wear.
  • Please have your order number or credit card used to purchase with you at time of exchange.
  • BuffaLove Apparel will not accept an exchange if proof of purchase cannot be shown at time of exchange.
